Polyester based filler for body repair

General purpose, high quality two component polyester body filler for the repair of damaged surfaces (scratches, dents and tears) in metals, polyester or timber. Very easy to mix and apply. Available in metal tins of 250g, 1kg and 2kg and in a 3kg tin for extrusion by dispenser.

Applications

Filling of scratches, tears, dents in metal plates, even zinced and galvanized. Repairing scratches, cracks, dents in cars. Repairs of metal, polyester and wooden surfaces. Filling of scratches and dents in wooden surfaces.

Instructions

Mix 2% B-component with the A-component. Ensure thorough mixing to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Do not mix more than can be applied within 5 minutes. Apply the mixed product by means of a spatula in a thin layer to the surface. Apply the filler in several layers if necessary. The putty can be sanded after 20 to 30 mins, depending on ambient termperature. After curing repair can be continued (sanding, painting etc.).
